Widely considered one of the best beaches on planet Earth, and runner-up by USA Today for Best Caribbean Beach - even though Bermuda isn't in the Caribbean. Horseshoe Bay Beach has everything you could ask for. Located in Southhampton Parish, one of the nine parishes in Bermuda, this beach is renowned for its white and pink sand. Horseshoe Bay has the most beautiful cyan, turquoise, and aqua colored water. Moreover, this seaside getaway is clean, safe, spacious, picturesque, the water is clear, it has conveniently located bathrooms/changing rooms, a bar, food, and trails for hiking/exercising. Also, you can rent accommodations at Horseshoe Bay such as beach chairs, umbrellas, and other equipment. Known for its convenience and ease of access, there are multiple modes of transportation that you can use to get to this beach including: taxi, carpool, bus, motorbike, electric car (Twizy), electric scooter, and more. There are several animal species that you might see here including: parrot fish, long tails, red land crabs, Portuguese man of war (they're poisonous), and even on rare occasion migrating humpback whales during whale season. There is a place for children if you have any. Baby beach is conveniently located off to the right as you walk onto the beach. Its water is very calm, much like Horseshoe Bay's, and provides a good opportunity for your little one to enjoy the ocean, but in a more controlled environment. Feel free to lounge at your own leisure, go for a run early in the morning, kite surf, surf in general, snorkel, or play a game of beach volleyball. The possibilities feel almost endless and I guess that is why this place is viewed by so make beach lovers and experts as one of the best beaches in the world. It's day 4 and we finally arrived in Bermuda! Our itinerary for the day included a visit to the spectacular Horseshoe Bay Beach. Is this Bermuda's best beach? I was blown away by the pristine white and pink sands, the crystal clear blue water and the breathtaking rock formations at the beach. I have never seen a beach this breathtaking in my life. It's definitely the best beach I've ever visited in my lifetime. In this video, you get a close look at the beach, the crystal clear water and some of the rock formations. I can’t believe what we saw in Bermuda! I took a cruise from New York City to Bermuda on the Norwegian Joy! We departed New York City on July 31, 2022 and set sail to the beautiful island of Bermuda. I decided to Vlog the experience and show you in a series of videos what it was all about. In Part 4, our group visited Blue Hole Nature Park, also known as Tom Moore’s Jungle. Everyone thinks of the pristine pink sand beaches and crystal clear water when visiting Bermuda. But we quickly realized that there’s more to this beautiful island. We discovered the jungle and some of the most beautiful caves as well as the main attraction known as the Blue Hole. We explored the grounds of the park and I took a turn at a few cliff jumps that were exhilarating! Réserve naturelle Spittal Pond - Paroisse de Smith's - Bermudes Coordonnées GPS: 32°18'41.8"N 64°43'33.3"W La réserve naturelle Spittal Pond est le parc national le plus important de l'île des Bermudes. Elle s'étend le long du littoral, du côté sud de l'île. On y retrouve un énorme étang saumâtre ainsi que plusieurs autres petits étangs d'eau douce, des marais et des zones boisées. La réserve a deux entrées. Nous avons débuté notre randonnée par l'entrée ouest. Le sentier part du stationnement et pénètre dans le bois et fait une boucle. Juste à l'entrée du bois, deux chemins se présentent à nous. Nous avons pris le chemin à droite qui monte vers les champs. Ce n'était pas le bon chemin car nous sommes arrivés dans un pré où broutaient plusieurs vaches. Elles se sont montrées vraiment curieuses et se sont dirigées vers nous dès notre arrivée. Après avoir piqué une jasette avec ces belles bêtes, nous sommes retournés sur nos pas pour reprendre le sentier principal. Nous sommes arrivés rapidement au bord de l'océan et avons découvert le grand étang sur la gauche. C'est un sanctuaire d'oiseaux. Nous en avons d'ailleurs aperçu quelques-uns. Sur notre droite, en bordure de l'océan, on découvre une formation géologique intéressante. Il s'agit d'un grand plancher plat de roche calcaire avec des rainures qui le divisent en carrés, le faisait ainsi ressembler à un damier. D'immenses roches enchevêtrées jonchent le sol. En poursuivant notre randonnée, nous avons aperçu, au bord de la falaise, l'endroit où se situait le Jeffrey's Hole, une grotte avec un trou au plafond. Cette grotte aurait été utilisée comme abri par un esclave qui se serait enfui. Il n'en reste plus grand chose car l'érosion a fait son oeuvre. We explored the city of St. George, Bermuda. It is about 45-60 minutes via bus to get there from Hamilton. The vibe of the city is a little more chill in comparison with Hamilton. It was a great place for people of all ages. The food was really good at Wahoo's which was recommended to us by our AirBnb host. Then we went to Tobacco Bay beach which was much smaller than Horse Shoe Beach, but was still a great time. After that, we checked out Fort St. Catherines which is this museum that was previously an artillery defense fort overseeing the protection of Bermuda. We were not able to do the tour because it was past 6pm when we finally made it there, but the cost of the tour is $7 for adults and they last about 20 minutes. We take a walk around the Royal Naval Dockyard (King's Wharf) in Bermuda. most cruise ships make port here when they visit Bermuda. There is actually a lot to do here. There are beaches (not free), museums, Restaurants and of course, Shopping. This was recorded in April 2019.

This is a short video on Bermuda Railway Trail, a scenic 18-mile walking & cycling trail. For details, go through https://www.bermuda-attractions.com/bermuda2_000036.htm Bermuda once had railways that operated between 1931 and 1948. Considering the cost of construction, it was the highest cost railways per mile in the world at that time. However, owing to the difficulty and high cost of ongoing maintenance, the railways was finally shut down and the tracks removed. The route has been later converted into a wonderful and scenic walking trail, some sections of the trail are good for cycling as well. The trail extends from Somerset at the west end to St. George at the east end. Out of the total 22-mile of the original railway route, about 18 mile is accessible on foot. Some part of the original route does not exist in Hamilton city where you need to take a detour. Most part of the trail, however, goes along Bermuda's north shore and you can get beautiful water views from several vantage points. You can get into the railway trail from a number of entry points across the island. So, depending on your location and choice, you can hike only one or several sections of the trail. The old Bermudian railway way ran the entire length of the island and served as the islands sole means of mechanical transportation since cars were initially ban from the island. Long ago they decided to allow motorized vehicles and dismantled the railway. Fortunately for us, the path that the railway took was not developed but rather left as a 22 mile walking trail which spans the entire length of the island! A fantastic waling trail to see Bermuda. See the video where we travel the first segment of the trail starting near Heritage and Kings Wharf.

Fort St Catherine was one of our favorite destinations in St. George's Bermuda. Tour it through our eyes via this vlog. We had taken a ferry to the town from King's Wharf where our cruise ship (the Celebrity Summit) was docked. We walked from the ferry terminal to King's Square, then to the Unfinished Church, and then spent some time at the Tobacco Bay Beach (see our video of our beach time here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1CexqRpDQM). Finally we arrived at Fort St. Catherine's, which is a Bermuda National Park. Elle se situe derrière le restaurant Blackbeard Hideout. On ne peut pas la voir à partir de la route principale. Une petite ruelle à droite du restaurant y conduit. Ce n'est pas la plage idéale pour se faire bronzer. Cependant, l'endroit est très favorable pour la baignade et la plongée en apnée car l'eau dans cette petite baie est calme et peu profonde. Il est même possible de nager jusqu'à un gros rocher qui est muni d'une échelle. Ce rocher émerge de l'eau. Il suffit de descendre les marches de l'échelle sous l'eau pour observer les poissons et les fonds marins. Crystal & Fantasy Caves are two modern wonders in this world. Hardly marked by human intervention these caves offer a look into a time long past. It is little surprise famous figures such as Mark Twain and Beyonce have made the trip to Bermuda to experience them. Founded over one hundred years ago by two curious boys, tens of thousands of tourists and Bermudians alike have enjoyed the splendor of these caves.
